Paul M. Dunman, Ph.D. President and CEO

Paul received his Ph.D. from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey
in 1999 then trained for two years under Dr. Steven Projan in the Department of
Infectious Disease Research at Wyeth. He served as a scientist and senior
scientist in the antibacterial drug discovery and vaccine research departments at
Wyeth before joining the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In addition to
his academic appointment and "Caddis" Paul consults for Wyeth Research, is
on the editorial board of Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, and Co-Chair
of the American Heart Association Microbiology and Immunology panel. In 2003
Paul was awarded the Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and
Chemotherapy (ICAAC) Young Investigator Award for his work in antimicrobial
development.

Steve received his B.A. from Wilmington College. He has spent 15 years
working for fortune 100 companies specializing in operations, sales, and HR
management. Throughout this time he has managed internationally and US
based operations overseeing a $10MM budget.
Craig D. Harvath, General Counsel

Craig earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware, a J.D. from Temple
University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University
School of Law. His practice experience includes clerking for the Honorable
Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware; working on
cases in complex civil litigation, including securities litigation and intellectual
property; and working on cases dealing with general business disputes,
including business torts.
Todd R. Peterman, CIC and Chief Strategist

Todd graduated in 1992 from Temple University with a degree in insurance and
risk management. Since that time he has risen through the business ranks and
is currently Vice President of Howard R. Peterman Co. He is also a founder and
partner of Peterman Benefits, LLP. Todd is a board member and/or officer of
numerous community- and not-for-profit organizations.
